Lynette has over 30 years of extensive nursing experience in numerous positions including nursing leadership roles. Lynette is currently the Clinical Nurse Consultant for Orthopaedics at Liverpool Hospital with a strong focus on orthopaedics and orthogeriatric care with particular interests in hip fracture, frailty and orthopaedic trauma. She has led and contributed to multiple multidisciplinary quality improvement/ research and education projects with National, State and Local Health Services and affiliated associations such as the Australian College of Nursing (ACN), The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) and the Agency of Clinical Innovation (ACI).
