Dr Tim Boyle is Chief Executive Officer of LifeSciences Australia, the peak body and trusted voice for professionals working in the life sciences sector, advancing careers, inspiring leadership, upholding standards and connecting communities. LifeSciences Australia represents a community of more than 38,000 professionals across regulatory affairs, clinical research, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs, and quality and GMP.
With over 20 years connecting research, industry and business, Tim is a recognised leader in research translation, innovation and intellectual property commercialisation. He was previously Director of Innovation and Commercialisation at ANSTO and has held advisory roles across agtech and investment entities, alongside prior service on the Committee for Liverpool.
Tim holds a PhD in Drug Discovery Chemistry from the University of Wollongong, is a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is Sutherland Shire Ambassador for Health and Science and a strong advocate for translating research into equitable patient benefit.
