Professor Dennis Cordato has been practising as a consultant neurologist for over 25 years. He is a Senior Staff Specialist Neurologist at Liverpool Hospital and Conjoint Professor at SWS Clinical School, UNSW. He has been the Academic Head of Stroke Research at Liverpool Hospital for over 7 years and has been principal investigator at Liverpool Hospital in over 40 stroke and neurology-related local and international multi-centre clinical trials.
Dr Cordato is also a supervisor of PhD, Masters and medical student thesis’ through the South Western Sydney clinical school as well as mentor for training registrars in neurology and general medicine. He is co-author in over 150 peer reviewed journal articles and > 100 scientific presentations at local and international stroke and neurology meetings.
