The Health Beyond Research and Innovation Showcase is back this year, to be held on 15 and 16 September at the Liverpool Catholic Club.
We’re calling for abstracts for oral or poster presentations from all levels of research.
We’re looking for strong ‘prevention-focused’ research, innovation or quality improvement projects aimed at reducing the disease burden and debilitating impact of chronic disease on our community, today and in the future.
Have you worked on a project you want to share with District colleagues and our partners? Submit your abstract for consideration with the following information:
- Title
- Author name and affiliations
- Abstract including background information, aims, methods, results, and conclusion (250 words or less).
The Call for Abstracts submissions are no longer accepting submissions.
You will be notified of the outcome of your submission via email in July 2026.
A joint initiative by South Western Sydney Local Health District and the Ingham Institute for Applied Medial Research, the Showcase is a great opportunity to connect with healthcare leaders, colleagues, universities, research partners, and the next generation of health researchers and innovators all in one place.
