Minh Pham is a Senior Physiotherapist working at Fairfield hospital, where she has been contributing to improving people’s life through applying evidence base to daily practice. Minh is passionate in all that is Falls prevention and loves working collaboratively to ultimately improve patient outcomes. Minh has several accomplishments in her career, including winning the 2019 NSW People’s Choice Health Awards. Recently, Minh’s Multidisciplinary Falls Prevention Programs have been nationally recognised and were published in the 2023 White Paper.
