Associate Professor Joyce Siette is a health services researcher whose mission is to contribute to reducing population-wide dementia risk and cognitive impairment through effective and acceptable dementia prevention public health approaches. As the Research Theme Fellow in Health and Wellbeing at Western Sydney University and Lead for Brain health Hub, she is dedicated to translating research findings into practice. Her research topics include healthy ageing, dementia prevention for culturally diverse communities, dementia diagnosis and post-diagnostic care. She is Co-Chair for the Australian Association of Gerontology NSW Division, Associate Editor for Australasian Journal of Ageing, Editorial Board Member for BMC Geriatrics and Review Editor for Frontiers in Ageing.
