Lachlan Wright is a proud Dunghutti man from Bellbrook, Kempsey on the mid north coast of NSW. Lachlan is currently the Operations Manager at Tharawal Aboriginal Corporation. Tharawal is an Aboriginal community controlled organisation based in the suburb of Airds in the South West Sydney area of NSW, Australia. Tharawal is a leader in the Aboriginal health, Aboriginal housing, family support and other innovative community programs in the area.
Lachlan’s previous experience includes developing the One Deadly Step program while at the NSW Ministry of Health and NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation. Lachlan also has extensive experience with research and evaluation, previously working with The George Institute for Global Health as a Project Manager in the Cardiovascular Division.
