Josephine has held senior executive and clinical positions across a variety of organisations and LHD’s. Josephine’s research interests include home dialysis, end of life management, renal supportive care, model of care, telehealth and integrated care.
As the Chair, SWS NMRA, Josephine provides strategic and operational leadership and management for South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD), by leading, managing, supporting and directing major project initiatives and high priority strategies to deliver wide-scale, effective, sustainable and efficient outcomes for SWSLHD. Josephine supports innovation, partnerships, research, business modelling, high-cost contracts and tenders, model of care redesign, fundraising, management of Affiliated Health Organisation (AHOs) and Non-Government Organisation (NGOs) and state-wide/inter-district clinical programs via engagement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
