Professor Michael Kohn, MBBS, FRACP, FACPM, PhD, is the Chair in paediatrics and Child Health at Western Sydney University. He is a developmental Paediatrician with over 30 years experience in the assessment and management of conditions affecting the health and development of children, adolescents and young adults. Professor Kohn has contributed to a number of major textbooks and written over 150 scientific articles around the assessment and management of ADHD, nutrition (cholesterol) and eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia and obesity). Professor Kohn has supported advocacy inclusion and innovation through leadership in community and government bodies. He has been a member of the Butterfly board and chaired ADHD Australia (2016-2023). He has been a committee member for the NHMRC and NSW Health to develop guidelines for the treatment of ADHD and eating disorders.
