Alex Slattery

Alex Slattery is the Cardiovascular Clinical Stream Manager for South Western Sydney Local Health District, providing operational and strategic leadership across renal, vascular, cardiothoracic and cardiac services. He has extensive experience in service development, clinical operations, workforce management and healthcare transformation, with a strong focus on improving access, quality and patient outcomes. Alex works closely with clinicians, consumers and executive leaders to develop innovative models of care that support prevention, early intervention and integrated care. His particular interests include cardiovascular service redesign, digital health, care coordination and leveraging health system touchpoints to improve population health outcomes.
