Peter Rouse is the Director, Educational Leadership for 22 government schools for Liverpool in South-Western Sydney.

His career spans over 30 years in NSW Public Education as a teacher, school principal, founding principal of the School Leadership Institute and as a Director, Educational Leadership for 20 government schools in the Sutherland Shire.

Peter’s contribution as a teacher, educator and leader has spanned High Schools, Schools for Specific Purposes, TAFE and Universities.

He is an experienced presenter at state and national education events and is a recipient of a number of prestigious awards for his teaching and leadership, including a National Excellence in Teaching Award and a Premiers Award. He holds post-graduate qualifications in education from both the UNSW and University of Newcastle and is a member of a number of advisory committees and boards.

Over the past four years, Peter has been delivering leadership development programs to over 600 school and system leaders across NSW. His experience and expertise are highly regarded and demonstrated through his ongoing commitment to developing leaders at all levels through presenting, coaching and mentoring.
